"Entire ground floor renovation including removal of load bearing walls and installation of wall to wall bifolds. As first time renovators my husband and I were very nervous about undertaking such a big project. Oana Patiently answered all our questions, and after listening to our needs and ideas came up with a design we were very happy with. No detail was left behind in the design stage included such things as storage, utility room, bathroom and kitchen needs. This meant that everything was accounted for when building commenced. Oana looked after that Party Wall Planning and any other administrative/planning needs for the renovation. We also opetd to take advantage of her interior design and fixture and fittings procurement which was and absolute time and life saver, considering the thousands of options available on the market these days. Similar to the architectural layout, once we discussed our style she put together some mood boards to see if we were happy with her ideas. Our budget was always taken into account when selecting selecting products. Her time management skills cannot be faulted. All the fictures and fittings arrived when needed for the building works to run as smoothly as possible amd the actual building process ran on time. She had an excellent relationship with the building team and regularly came to the property to view the progress and rectify any issues. We were back in the house when promised which is unheard of these days. I would not hesitate to recommend Oana and her team for any project. We will be using her again when we come to renovate the upper levels of our property and consider her a friend."
