FULL ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS
We offer a full range of architecture and interior design services, joinery and lighting design and tailor each individual scheme to suit your style and budget while emphasising your own personality, taste and design.
Our full design process is structured in accordance with the stages recommended by the RIBA Plan of Work, includes both architectural and interior design services as follows:
- Consultation, Strategy Planning, Prepare Brief, Concept Design – After the initial free consultation we prepare a fee proposal and upon instruction, through a collaborative process, we proceed to create and refine the optimal concept designs both in terms of architectural layouts and interior design mood.
- Design Development, Planning Applications – Once the design concept has been signed off we submit the required planning or permitted development applications and manage the planning process during the statutory ten week process
- Design Documentation Package - Early in the process we engage the services of specialists such as Structural Engineers and Party Wall Surveyors so generally this stage is developed whilst managing the Planning Application above.
- Sourcing + Procurement - We source and procure actual and specific furniture, finishes, fittings and equipment to fit in with the aesthetic of the approved design. This stage is usually carried out alongside Stage 3.

For small residential projects these six most commonly used stages are typically a good breakdown of how and when architectural or interior design related tasks will be accomplished. On larger residential projects and commercial projects, additional phases are often added to address the complexities of design and construction.
